Hardfacing Wire for MIG Welder

Flux cored MIG wire is mainly used for high wear metals. When put into use, the welds are process hardened. The product contains carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium and iron. This wire makes welding easy and efficient compared to any other wire.

JH-224B is a high chromium iron based alloy recommended for metal to ground applications subjected to severe wear and moderate impact and high temperatures.

It has very good wear resistance and strong impact strength. Can be used in carbon or manganese steels. Rapid freezing of weld metal allows reconstruction of inclined and vertical surfaces, such as crusher covers, liners and dredge pump housings. Suitable for heavy wear, severe impact, multiple passes and infinite buildup.
